About Us

The CiNet network was founded and is chaired by Yishai Amir, an experienced executive with a proven track record of leadership and growth. Yishai previously served as a Senior Vice President at HP in the US where he led large-scale global businesses and organizations.

Later he served as the CEO of Landa Corporation, a high-growth tech company with over 600 employees. As a CEO, Yishai recognized the critical need for such a network that could provide leaders like himself with opportunities to share experiences, access best practices, and gain support for both business and personal challenges. This insight became the driving force behind CiNet - a network built by a CEO, for CEOs.

Change carried from the inside

Real transformation does not come from a single lecture. It comes from internal leaders driving change from within. The Champions Program trains select cohorts across every department to build real AI agents, curate a department Skills Library, and execute a custom departmental roadmap.

One trained champion in a department outlasts any workshop, because the capability stays in the building.

Four steps, from first champion to compounding value

1

Identify

Identify internal champions from day one as the force multiplier for every deployment.

2

Certify

Train champions to build self-sustaining solutions and lead responsible AI adoption from within.

3

Embed

Champions co-own and manage live solutions, tracking performance, driving continuous business value, and optimizing as needed.

4

Compound

Champions convert initial quick wins into a multiplier effect, continuously discovering new use cases to scale value organization-wide.

Two tracks, one outcome

Every cohort moves through a learning track and a build track. The first gives champions the shared language and judgment; the second turns it into working solutions their department relies on.

01

Learn

AI Foundations

The groundwork every champion needs before building anything: how the tools actually work, where they fail, and what responsible use looks like in your organization.

  • Core concepts and current capability, without the hype
  • Prompting and tooling fundamentals for daily work
  • Responsible use, data handling, and where to draw the line
02

Practical Practice

Deep Dive, Maximize & Build

Hands-on sessions where champions build against their own department's workload and leave with solutions already in use.

  • Build real AI agents for live departmental workflows
  • Curate a department Skills Library the whole team can draw on
  • Execute a custom departmental roadmap with owners and milestones
